Hi, My name is Lana

​As a former teacher, I’ve always cared deeply about helping others learn, grow, and overcome challenges. But for over 12 years, I faced my own private battle with postnatal depression and OCD. I often found myself wishing my life away, feeling trapped and overwhelmed by thoughts and emotions I felt too embarrassed to share with anyone. I truly believed I would never be able to live without antidepressants, and the idea of feeling genuinely happy again seemed impossible.

​My journey took an unexpected turn when I sought hypnotherapy—not for depression or OCD, but for a fear of flying that was holding me back. To my surprise, not only did hypnotherapy help me overcome my flying phobia, but it also brought profound relief to my depression and OCD. It was as if a weight I had carried for years was finally lifted.
 

​This accidental discovery was truly life-changing. So inspired by the transformation I experienced, I decided to train as a hypnotherapist with the Clifton Practice, one of the UK’s leading providers of solution-focused hypnotherapy training. Now, free from depression, I am passionate about helping others discover the real, lasting benefits of hypnotherapy—especially those who feel misunderstood or alone in their struggles.

 

Hypnotherapy is often surrounded by myths and misconceptions, and I want to change that. It has become my life’s mission to support as many people as possible on their journey to healing and hope.
